Jess Conti is a Level 3 certified personal trainer in Aberdeen, specialising in strength and conditioning, nutritional guidance, postural correction, and body confidence coaching. Based at PureGym Aberdeen Shiprow, she helps women in Aberdeen, Old Aberdeen and Bridge of Don build real strength — and real belief in themselves.

Hey, I'm Jess. Before I found training, I was self-conscious, unhappy with my body, and couldn't find the motivation to change. The gym felt like a place for other people. Then something shifted — I picked up a barbell, and slowly, session by session, everything else started to change too.

The gym gave me a confidence I genuinely didn't know was possible. My job now is to pass that same feeling on to you.

Whether you want to build strength, lose fat, get healthier, fix your nutrition, or just make a start — I will give you the tools, structure and support to make it happen. No fads, no shame, no assuming one plan works for everyone. Just a plan built for your body, your life, and your goal.

Do I need gym experience to train with Jess?
No, you do not need any gym experience. I tailor every session to your current fitness level and coach you through every movement, so you build confidence and skill from day one. Most of my clients had never picked up a barbell before starting.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients feel stronger and more energised within 3–4 weeks, with visible changes around the 8–12 week mark. Your exact timeline depends on your starting point, consistency, and goals — and I will set realistic expectations with you from session one.
What happens in the free consultation?
A relaxed 20–30 minute chat at PureGym Shiprow. I learn about your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or concerns. You leave with a clear sense of what your programme would look like — with zero pressure to sign up on the spot.
Where is Jess based?
I'm based at PureGym Aberdeen Shiprow, AB11 5BW. All sessions take place inside the gym, which is fully equipped for strength, conditioning, and functional training.
Will my plan include nutrition advice?
Yes — every programme includes nutrition guidance tailored to your goal. I hold a Level 2 Nutrition and Health qualification and I build practical, sustainable habits around your real life — no rigid meal plans, no cutting out food groups, no fads.
Do you train women only?
I specialise in coaching women, but I welcome anyone committed to getting stronger and more confident. Much of my work focuses on women rebuilding their relationship with training — from complete beginners to experienced lifters looking for a structured plan.
